Alec is trying to fix the muzzle still. Oh and by the way, Maks the Robohog is supposed to have some metal bits. Also, you may not see the yellow very well because the image of that sprite is a small. Sorry 'bout that. Oh and by the way, Maks the Robohog has only three quills. I was rushing too much with that sprite.

First: Looks like he have just two quills (two weird quills), in your avatar, he has four quills. Try make them.
Second: Make this thing in his belly a bit bigger.
Third: His eyes should be bigger too. It's the same size as Sonic's
Fourth: His muzzle are not suppose to have metal parts
Fifth: I think that you should get rid of the dark blue colors (they are very dark). Let just the three lighter colors that he already have.
Sixth: His hands are yellow. Let them with the same colors as the muzzle.
I think it just that
